Earn the life
you deserve.
Founder & CEO of Fitcom Fitness. I build training systems across Malaysia, and I write honestly about what worked, what didn't, and why.
What I believe in.
Not motivational quotes. The operating principles I come back to every day as a builder, a leader and a person.

01
Earn, don't expect.
Nothing is owed to you. The life you want must be built through consistent action, not wished into existence. Every result is preceded by effort others didn't see.
-
02
Systems over willpower.
Willpower runs out. Systems run forever. The difference between people who achieve consistently and people who don't is whether they've built the structures that make the right action the easy action.
-
03
Mission before money.
Revenue follows relevance. Solve a real problem for real people with genuine care, and money becomes a natural consequence. Purpose-driven businesses compound.
-
04
Always be willing to give first.
The most powerful networkers I've met are the most generous. Eight years in BNI, launching the largest chapter in Melaka with 56 business owners, mentoring over 100 entrepreneurs. None of it came from asking first. It came from giving first, always.
-
05
Start before you're perfect, then move toward it.
Aiming for perfect is never wrong. Demanding perfect from people is. The only thing you should ever hold to a perfect standard is the work itself, not the person doing it. Start first. Then improve, relentlessly.
-
06
Long games win.
Every business that matters, every relationship that sustains, every skill that compounds rewards the person who played long. Short-term thinking is the most expensive habit in the world.
-
07
Courage to be disliked, and to admit when you're wrong.
I've led teams since I was young, and I was not always good at it. But I am the one who apologises first: quickly, genuinely, without ego. If you're wrong, say so. Then be different. That is the only formula I know for becoming someone worth following.
People don't quit because they are weak. They quit because no one ever understood why they started.

Building what Malaysia needs most.
I started Fitcom Fitness in 2019 with one belief: that structured, scientific training could change the health of a nation. What began as a single gym in Melaka is now four studios across two cities, with an education system, a coaching method, and a culture behind it.
I'm not only building a business. I'm building a philosophy: that fitness isn't optional, that coaches can earn well and live well, and that a healthier life shouldn't be a luxury.
Read my storyAttitude before ability. The long game over the quick win. People before profit. If that's already how you live, we should know each other.
